Bankhaus Jungholz AG goes live with Finnova
Bankhaus Jungholz AG of St. Gallen, went live with Finnova core banking system on 1st October 2011 after a record-short migration period of six months only.» more
After the successful cut-over, the Swiss subsidiary of Austrian Raiffeisenbank Reutte is run on SOBACO's multi-bank Finnova site. Bankhaus Jungholz is the fourth bank to take advantage of this option. The well established, Zurich-based solution provider SOBACO was not only the implementor but is also in charge of the Finnova operation and application management for Bankhaus Jungholz AG.

Increasing demand for a complete banking platform in French-speaking Switzerland to trigger the strategic co-operation. » more
Key for the future tight co-operation between SOBACO and AiM Services were the market and customer requirements of small and medium sized Private Banks in French-speaking Switzerland. Both companies focus in this partnership on their respective core skills: While AiM Services, the local implementer stands for the necessary proximity to costumers and for efficiency, SOBACO as an experienced partner is in charge of operating the Finnova banking platform. It's the declared objective to offer also to banks in French-speaking Switzerland a platform with an outstanding service and an attractive cost/performance ratio.

BANKHAUS JUNGHOLZ GOES FOR FINNOVA AND SOBACO

At the same time Bankhaus Jungholz is outsourcing its IT operation and the management of all back end applications to Sobaco group. The implementation of Finnova including all auxiliary systems is also committed to Sobaco.
BTV goes live with FINNOVA in ASP/BPO mode

BTV Switzerland is mainly a Wealth Management bank specializing on affluent individuals and on corporate clients.
The implementation was successfully performed on time and in close cooperation with all parties which are BTV, SOBACO, PriBaSys, Finanz-Logistik and Finnova. SOBACO had responsibility for the overall project management and implementation of FINNOVA. The implementation was based on SOBACO’s own model bank, where all required functionalities and numerous customer requirements were implemented. PriBaSys AG of SOBACO Group is running the solution as an ASP service on its cost-efficient inhouse multi-bank FINNOVA platform including all necessary auxiliary systems. Finanz-Logistik AG is in charge of BPO, i.e. the banks outsourced back office business processes including accounting.
Management Buyout with SOBACO und PriBaSys

The transaction is performed via SYBS development AG, the new firm controlled by Peter Haist. However, the new group will keep on operating under the well known SOBACO brand.
SOBACO with its some 20 staff is strategically focussing on implementing and operating complete banking platforms for small to mid-size private banks and wealth managers. It’s aiming at taking a leader positon in this market segment.
The offering head lines of the new group are:
- complete banking IT platforms based on FINNOVA (implementing, ASP services, long term application and customer support and BPO services by specialized partners)
- Asset Management solution PAS for IAMs (development, marketing, implementing, maintenance, support)
- BI solution QlikView for banking and asset management (development of MIS applications from management cockpit to indivdual ad hoc reports)
The current operational activities of SYBS development AG are being integrated in SOBACO Informatik AG.

MBL Invest und Derivat AG, Lachen (SZ), an independent Swiss asset manager, signs for PAS the portfolio management system by SYBS.» more
By means of individual investment strategies, performance analysis and benchmarking functions offered, PAS efficiently supports the personal and pro-active service to the investors. PAS will go live with MBL still in December 2010. We are pleased of welcoming another customer to the PAS community.
