Amedeo C. Vaccani (born 1955) holds a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is founder and Managing Partner at A. Vaccani & Partner Ltd., which has been providing management consulting and cross-border M&A services since 1992. Since 1996, he has also headed a Swiss private equity investment company. Previously, he worked for ABB Ltd. as Business Area Manager Resource Recovery and CEO of ABB W+E Umwelttechnik Ltd. Currently, Amedeo C. Vaccani is Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOBACO Holding Ltd., SOBACO Solutions Ltd. and Rhincodon Corporation Ltd.
Peter Haist (born 1963) has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of InCore Bank Ltd. since January 2020, prior to which he was a member of the Executive Board and responsible for Strategy/Business Development from 2017-2019. Since 2006, he has been Managing Director of the SOBACO Group, where he had already held various management positions since 1995, including Head of Marketing, Sales & Key Account Management. Prior to that, he headed the IT department at Bankers Trust Zurich for about 5 years, after having worked as project manager, analyst and programmer for JPMorgan Zurich for about 5 years. Peter Haist completed a banking apprenticeship and holds a degree in business informatics. He also holds a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) ZHF in Business Consulting. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of SOBACO Holding Ltd., SOBACO Solutions Ltd. and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SOBACO Betax Ltd., Regensburg (Germany).
Christian Wunderlin (born 1968) is a Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling, a Swiss Certified Information Systems Specialist, MBA from the Universities of Rochester, DBA from the University of Bradford (Finance) and Dr. rer. oec. from the University of Bern (Business Information Systems). Christian Wunderlin spent over 20 years in the IT industry in management roles. From 2007-2015 he was a full-time lecturer at the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and part-time active in various boards of directors of SMEs. Due to the current developments in the field of cybercrime, Christian Wunderlin has furthered his education to become a CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CCSP Certified Cloud Security Professional, CISM Certified Information Security Manager as well as IT Security Officer BSI. Christian Wunderlin is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Risk Committee of Bank Cler. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of AMAG Leasing Ltd., Aveniq AG and Netcloud Ltd. Christian Wunderlin also holds directorships with various medium-sized companies in the financial, IT and architecture/real estate sectors.
Executive Board
Since 2006, Peter Haist has been the CEO of SOBACO Solutions Ltd, where he also held various other senior positions from 1995 onward, including Head of Marketing, Sales & Key Account Management. Prior to this, he managed the IT department of Bankers Trust Zurich for five years after working at JPMorgan Zurich as a project manager, analyst and programmer for five years. Peter is a trained banker and has a degree in business information systems. He also has a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) ZHF in Business Consulting. He is currently a board member at SOBACO Holding Ltd and SOBACO Solutions Ltd, and he serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SOBACO Betax Ltd, Regensburg (Germany) and as InCore Bank Ltd’s Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Stefan Breiter is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SOBACO. With a technical background in software engineering and more than 25 years of combined experience in the banking and technology sectors, Stefan helps the teams to grow and achieve the company’s goals. Stefan has held various other leadership positions at the company, most recently Chief Solutions Officer, which saw him driving the development of the company’s solutions portfolio. Stefan holds an International Executive MBA, a DAS in Data Science and a Federal Diploma in Computer Science.
